Support Worker-Female

Start your day knowing you’ll make a difference - we are looking for Female Support Workers to join our team of Support Workers in North Hykeham and create a positive difference that improves life for the people we support. We are looking to recruit a female staff member to support four women for 25 hours per week in North Hykeham. You will be joining an established team and will work as part of a rota which includes working mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleep-ins. This does include working weekends and bank holidays. The people we support are aged between 51 and 81 with varying needs and abilities. There is an aspect of moving and handling such as using a hoist and pushing wheelchairs, the suitable candidate will be trained in using this. The women are looking for a motivated individual to support them with all aspects of everyday life such as Personal care, administering medication, cooking, cleaning, attending appointments and having an active social life which includes maintaining contact with friends and family. The ladies enjoy crafting, baking, going to café’s, garden centres and theatre shows. The successful applicant must hold a full UK driving licence.
