Competent at basic building repairs and maintenance and grounds maintenance and to effectively delegate and monitor work of others.
Damp wipe desks, work areas,, and horizontal surfaces to hand height. Adhere to sire work schedules. Spot clean of all paintwork to hand height.
Able to work well with others. Monitor the delivery and performance of work. Current qualification to work on BT Network or equivalent. Working to tight SLA’s.

The right candidates will be expected to deliver a high standard of mechanical installation and maintenance work for the full range of company products.
This is a permanent role based in the company’s Research & Development Facility located in Carlisle (knowledge of door systems not essential).
Must be able to obtain a valid Passport and any other regionally mandated offshore work requirement documents as appropriate. Wear PPE for skin protection.
Basic DIY Skills are preferential but attention to detail is essential. Driving license and own transport are also beneficial. Part-time hours: 16 per week.
