Support Worker

A local Care company providing 24hrs Care and Support to adults with learning disabilities, Mental health and health issues within supported living setting. We have 5 supported living homes across Rowley Regis and Oldbury area. We now have an opportunity for an experienced support worker to join the team.The supported living home has 3 young males with Autism, learning disabilities and communication difficulties, supporting these individuals to live independently. Supporting with personal care if required, cooking, cleaning, medication support, accessing the community for activities they like e.g. walks, day trips, theme parks, swimming and holidays.You will need to have previous experience in a similar setting and hold a UK driving licence as the duties will include driving their Motability car to access their outdoor activities. Training and a full induction will be provided. Hours on offer 30-42hrs a week with overtime available, working 8-12hr shifts a day including weekends.Please forward your CV.
