Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd are searching for motivated and experienced Service Advisors to join the team at one of our clients based near Chester and Lancashire. As Service Advisor, reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep the customer up date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles are be ready on time. You will also have the ability to give best advice on products and services to customers. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you’ll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what customers want and need. Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure they provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.About you: We are looking for Experienced individuals preferably already in a Service Advisor Role within the Motor Industry. This is a very demanding role and requires previous motor trade knowledge. Product Training is provided by our client and through courses run by the manufacturer training academy to support your career. Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. You must be immaculately presented and possess a strong customer service background as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.
