My client, an excellent Legal 500 Law firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor to join their offices in Stratford Upon Avon.The Role:As the successful Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor, you will have a varied role which will involve a range of responsibilities, namely, managing your own caseload from inception to completion.The caseload may include but not restricted to: Disputes between Landlord and Tenants, ownership disputes, restricted covenants, boundary issues and partnership disputes.Requirements:To be suitable for this Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor role, you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of handling your own caseload within this discipline and have excellent client care skills.
