As a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive, you will join this established firm in the North East and pick up an existing caseload of files. The majority of this firm’s work is Residential Conveyancing however the successful Property Solicitor will also be expected to pick up on Commercial Property matters from time to time.   THE CANDIDATE: The appointed Property Solicitor must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Residential and Commercial. Applicants must be committed to contributing to the continual, successful running of the firms’ Property Team. You will possess excellent communication skills and have a full and comprehensive understanding of the conveyancing process.
