My client, an excellent and well-respected Legal 500 Law firm are currently recruiting for a Senior Plot Conveyancer to join their team in based in Solihull. The Role:As the successful Plot Conveyancer, you will play an important role in building and maintaining working relationships with developers in particular and manage your own portfolio of files.The role may also involve but not restricted to: Dealing with help to buy matters, setting up of sites, title checks, leases and plot sales matters up till completion.You will also receive full support from a plot sales assistant. Requirements: In order to be suitable for this role, you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in dealing with Plot Sales and have managed your own portfolio. Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years experience dealing with developers and have excellent attention to detail as well as great communication skills at all levels.
