Position: Monitoring Department OperatorPID Systems is a successful, growing technological security service company based in Prestwick.We operate in several markets including civil engineering, construction, utilities, retail and vacant property.We are currently recruiting for the position of Monitoring Department Operator, to join our expanding team.Overview:Full time / Part time, permanent position.Duties will include:Staffing the 24/7 Monitoring department, carrying out duties as directed.Reacting to and co-ordinating response and escalation in the event of an alarm activation.Operation of the bespoke monitoring system provided by PID Systems.Carrying out administrative duties.Maintaining operational standards and high levels of customer service.Shift work including evenings, overnight and weekends.Carrying out any other reasonable duties as deemed necessary by PID Systems.Essential Skills:Excellent communication skills (oral & written)Computer literate (experience using MS Word, Excel & Outlook)Highly organised.Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.Accurate and meticulous handling of information.Confident, flexible and self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
