Work directly with the Executive Team to grow the company, with a focus on building systems, policies, and processes to scale. A legal background is essential.
Assist with implementing new and improved FP&A processes as well as stream line existing processes for efficiency. Must have knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Reach-out to leads and prospects proactively; Use your personal network to attract new clients; Grow spend of returning clients;
Take ownership of all cleaning equipment and chemicals and ensure that they are kept secure and are well maintained taking action where appropriate.
