Be Sharp: You're an expert on all things policy, process and specs, maintaining a kitchen that meets the highest levels of safety and hygiene standards.
You will help the kitchen run smoothly, checking on stock, and ensuring that the kitchen is kept impeccably clean. Part-time hours: 20-40 per week.
Ensure kitchen protocol is maintained. To be a good all rounder within the kitchen team, stepping up and supporting cook when required.
