The job holder will be required to work in various roles in the kitchen, utilising their skills, knowledge and experience in all aspects of catering.
Receiving, checking and safely storing kitchen deliveries. General cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen area, equipment and appliances.
Cleaning the kitchen and pantry areas. Responsible for cooking breakfast and Sunday roast lunch. The shift is every Sunday from 07.00am - 2.00pm (7 hours).
Clearing and cleaning tables between customers, Washing up from the cafe and kitchen. Cleaning down at the end of the day as per shop cleaning record sheets.
