Our client, a reputable and long-established legal practice are seeking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their expanding team and head up their Property department. This will be based in their Penarth office on a full time or part time basis.The ideal Conveyancing Solicitor will be a minimum of 5+ years PQE with the ability to handle a busy Property caseload including Commercial and Residential Property files from cradle to grave with minimal supervision. You will have strong experience of the following:* Sales & Purchase* Lease Extensions* Transfer of Equity* Post Completions* Landlord & TenantAs well as handling your own busy caseload, you will oversee a small team of individuals and be responsible for their work, setting targets and overall management.The successful Conveyancing Solicitor will have excellent client management skills and be able to grow and maintain strong client relationships.Benefits:* Free parking* Pension
