Please feel free to talk about what flexibility means to you at your interview.About the role: You will lead a corporate Programme Office providing corporate project and programme delivery assurance to the Executive Team and providing project and programme management support to corporate change projects throughout the business.You will lead the further development of our existing Programme Office function as well as working within the business to further develop project and programme delivery skills, maturity and governance.Working with project delivery professionals from across the business you will foster a culture of continual improvement to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the authorities Strategic Objectives whilst championing the benefits of professional project and programme management within the Authority.You will also play and integral role in the business planning and programme approval process, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and capacity.For more information about the role please refer to the attached job description.About you:We’re looking for an experienced project and programme professional who has a background in planning, programme management and supporting the delivery of a wide range of business change projects and programmes.You will be a great leader with the ability to influence and deliver change to processes and ways of working in accordance with best practice.You will have the ability to work with and adapt their style to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
