Location: OmaghJob ID: 15332 Role Summary As a Forklift Driver you will be responsible for ensuring the proficient and safe use of the forklift in lifting and moving products around the factory. You should be a safety conscious individual and should adhere to all safety regulations and procedures established by Terex. You will also be part of a team required to kit steel parts, organise and facilitate the movement of kitting bins. Main Duties & Responsibilities To move products from one place to another Ensure that materials loaded are to be transported safely To efficiently stack and store products in the appropriate areas Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area Carry out regular checks and maintenance of the forklift Lifting heavy loads Ensure that all relevant paperwork as appropriate is maintained and kept up to date Kit Steel Parts Organise and facilitate the movement of kitting bins Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience as a forklift driver preferably in a manufacturing environment. Good planning skills Ability to handle and work to tight deadlines Good communication skills, both written and spoken Valid Counterbalance or Reach License Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Self motivated Ability to work within a team Customer focus Flexible – willing to work overtime as when and required Good Working knowledge of Health & Safety Practices The above description is non-exhaustive and there may be additional duties in accordance with the role.
