Entry Level Talent Co-ordinatorLocation: Remote workingPay rate: £13.50 per hourContract length: 3 monthsAbout the company:A global organisation that specialise in multiple sectors and projects including Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Construction and Engineering.About the role:To provide comprehensive support for apprentice, intern, graduate, and work experience programmes, across our customer base. You will prepare routine reports, correspondence, and / or statistics and maintain the integrity of Entry Level Talent records and filing systems.  You will Coordinate the delivery of Entry Level talent related events to meet external businesses, individual’s, departmental and company requirements. Key responsibilities:Updating, maintaining, and reporting on all learner data, including the recruitment across the companyAssist Account Managers as required in preparing for ELT associated events / activities. Supporting the team in carrying out Monitoring Reviews on learners.Assisting in the on-boarding of new learners onto ELT programmes, ordering equipment where required, and ensuring safe storage of required documentation.Sending programme communications to learners and other stakeholders.Tracking and recording third-party learner reportsCoordinate the delivery of Entry Level talent related events to meet external businesses, individual’s, departmental and company requirements.Coordinating and recording Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity, on behalf of the organisation.Assisting the team is carrying out quality assurance processes.Assisting the team in maintaining arrangements for learner well-being, safety Safeguarding and the Prevent Duty for the company.Capture and report on learner and stakeholder satisfaction data, as requested by the ELT ManagerAssist with social media queries relating to ELT events / activities.Recording of standardisation meetingsTo be considered:Interpersonal skills to liaise with customers at all levelsAble to use Onefile (Beneficial) Effective relationship building Excellent communication skills Excellent organisational and time management skillsRelevant event management training (Beneficial)Good presentation skills Knowledge of the Apprenticeship cycle and supporting processes (Beneficial)Relevant training qualification (CIPD or similar) (Beneficial)OFSTED and ESFA rules and guidance (Beneficial)
