Document Production Specialist

Helping law firms to change for the better - improving the quality of support provided to partners and fee earners, and saving time and money.We are Intelligent Office and working with us delivers results.We don’t just deliver support services.We deliver operational change.With more than 850 people delivering services at 49 client sites and three shared service centres, Intelligent Office is the UK's leading provider of support services to the legal sector.We have had a successful history as a growing company and a market leader in our sector.Due to this success we are looking to recruit more document production specialists to join our team in Alloa and are looking for flexible and committed staff to work in our busy office.The role is to provide a consistent, professional and accurate document production for lawyers that are based in offices across the UK.You will be required to produce and amend correspondence, documents, reports, emails, deeds and attachments from a variety of different clients.You will need to have a very good eye for detail and will need fast and accurate word processing skills as well as an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.We are growing and we need more team members to carry out this varied role.The successful person will be customer focused with document production and audio typing experience.Legal experience is essential – unless you can demonstrate such a superb grasp of grammar and Word that we would be mad not to meet you! In return we offer a supportive team, central offices, and a competitive salary and benefits package.Our Alloa offices are open 6 days a week working 7am to 11pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm on Saturdays.Please note there is a shift working requirement for full time roles and there may be occasional Sunday working required.
