The team cover the full range of Corporate transactions, including M&A transactions, MBO's, MBI's and company reorganisations. They have a particular focus on local and national PE deals, and increasingly VC work. Clients include multi-national PLCs, large privately-owned companies, PE houses, VCs, management teams and high net worth individualIdeally you will have 1+ years' PQE and have experience of or a strong desire to work with entrepreneurial businesses and run early stage seed and venture capital fund-raising and related matters.
