The property team represent a multitude of local, national and international clients and are widely recognised for their top-quality work. The Commercial Property Solicitor’s role will be diverse, seeing you involved in a range of Commercial Property matters, including: Acquisitions Disposals Landlord and tenant matters Rent reviews Licenses (including licenses for alterations and assignment, or underletting) Surrender of leases for single and multi-let premises Letting of all types of commercial property, including office and retail premises, industrial units and restaurants, site assembly and development Due to the nature of the firm's client's and national and international legal affiliations you will gain exposure to complex, challenging and interesting multi-jurisdictional property projects.
