Commercial Property Solicitor   West Yorkshire QED Legal are working with a well-respected West Yorkshire regional practice who are looking for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy team. This is a fantastic role with genuine progression opportunity over the mid term to take a step up to a senior level and potentially partnership over that period. Primarily working out of one of the firm’s offices close to Wakefield, there is also the opportunity to work from time to time at one of the firm’s other offices, and to work remotely too. The role is to carry a broad caseload of commercial property matters dealing with landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, and development work. The client base in the whole will be more regional and local based businesses with some larger higher value matters too. You will be working closely with one of the Partners effectively building your experience and skills with the aim of over time taking on more responsibility as the Partner will be slowly winding down their existing commitments. If you are around 3-5 years PQE and looking for a role where you can take the next step but feel stifled in your current role then this may be the role for you.
