If yes, read on….   My client is an established firm in the engineering manufacturing sector, based in Mansfield and commutable from Nottingham, Chesterfield, Newark and Derby. They are currently looking for a skilled CNC Setter to work on CNC Turning / CNC Lathe machines.   The Role: - Setting and Operating CNC Mazak Turning machines - Can involve setting up to 4 new jobs per day - Working on Mazatrol / Mazak control systems - Working from drawings - Batches of 10-200 per job - Quality checking parts using various hand tools - Maintaining machinery, removing swarf and routine oiling/greasing etc - Working independently and as part of a team   Minimum Skills / Experience Required: - Experienced Setter and Operator of CNC Lathes  - Skilled on Mazak machines using Mazatrol controls - Must have worked on precision parts, small batches or one-offs - Able to quality check own parts - Motivated and excellent team player - Able to commute to the Mansfield area   The Package: - Starting salary up to £29,120 per annum - Rate depending on skill and experience level - Plenty of overtime available - Excellent earning potential - Free onsite parking   Interested?
