Our Pay Promise – no one in our business earns less than £9.50 per hour, with a base rate of £10.20+ per hour and Service Charge on top!

Good knowledge of Fire & Emergency Lighting with security alarms, CCTV and access control systems being advantageous. 24 hr call out (Rota basis).

Own transport preferred - Clean licence preferred. General Building, Carpentry, Decorating experience preferred but not essential.

Wash all bathroom/toilet/en-suite floors. O Empty waste bins and wipe out. O Clean dining rooms/lounges/toilets. O Spot clean all flooring.
