Working on a house refurb, carpenters will be fitting wood flooring, fitting doorsets and fitting a kitchen.

Liaise with the site manager regarding the management of waste/recycling collection. Carry out general repairs and refurbishments.

Candidates for this role should be MRICS chartered, and ideally from a construction consultancy / PQS background. Preparing budget estimates/cost plans.
