VANRATH are currently seeking a Yield Improvement Specialist to join a NI Top 50 engineering company with operations expanding locally and globally. This is a brand new, mid-senior level management position reporting to the Operations Manager and moving to senior management in the next 18 months to work alongside the COO.ResponsibilitiesDeliver a quality product and service that ensures customer satisfaction, resulting in no lost customers due to quality related issues.Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.Provide conformance to internal/external quality standards through effective management of all company standards and specifications.The Ideal PersonThe ideal candidate is someone with experience creating, implementing and driving quality change or culture within a manufacturing setting and can show evidence of improving yield. This person will have extensive practical knowledge of continuous improvement implementation along with strong change management skills. The role will require the candidate to have a relevant engineering degree as well as six sigma qualifications.RemunerationA newly created position, our client is offering a healthy salary for a mid-senior management role - £45,000
