£22,442 – 26,523 per annum 37 hours per week A higher salary may be offered depending upon qualifications and experience We require an experienced Work Based Tutor to work as a member of our highly successful Construction Built Environment team. You will co-ordinate, recruit, manage, train and assess apprentices, both in College and in the workplace. You will monitor progress of the apprentice framework in line with qualification requirements and will be responsible for regular liaison with employers and plumbing tutors. You will support and contribute to the achievement of Bolton College’s business and quality targets involving recruitment of new Apprentices. You will have current experience in the plumbing industry to a high standard. You will need to have high levels of communication skills, organising and planning skills. A relevant professional teaching/training qualification, Level 3 qualification in Plumbing and ACS qualifications CCN1 & Cenwat are essential as is as is Level 2 (Min) qualification in Math’s and English.
