Our Creative Industries, Computing and Business division are seeking a Training Coordinator for Work Based Learning to join their team. The successful candidate will ensure high achievement for all apprentices across the division.You will possess a Degree or equivalent level qualification in a relevant subject and you will also have the knowledge of current issues within Apprenticeships. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the training and assessment of learners across a range of programmes, ensuring performance targets are met for an agreed caseload of apprentices/learners and successful leadership of the Trainer/Assessor’s development in line with College processes within the division.
