You will follow up the whole order to cash process of UK and European accounts.Main Activities: Order entry & follow upOrder book management / orders to cash conversionResponding to wholesale customers’ queries by telephone or emailResponding to sales agents queries by telephone or emailHandling wholesale customers’ complaints and returnsLiaise with Sales, Logistics and Finance (AR)Who will you report to?
