About The Role Every weekend, our showrooms are full of eager customers excitedly shopping for their brand-new kitchen. As our showrooms are attracting so many new customers, we are looking for Weekend Sales Advisors to welcome, engage and deliver the exceptional Wren service that we are so proud of.You'll proactively approach customers as they enter the showroom or while they’re browsing. Guiding them around the showroom, building a rapport and presenting our different kitchen ranges with enthusiasm while confidently talking about, and introducing them to, Wren Kitchens. Full training on the kitchen ranges will be provided, along with a uniform. What we have on offerYou’ll earn the best pay package in the kitchen sector with amazing incentives during our peak seasons. You will receive £8.72ph along with generous uncapped commissions boosting this to an On Target Earning of £14-£18ph.Here at Wren we want you to grow along with us. The working environmentOur state-of-the-art showrooms receive 50% of the weekly footfall over the weekend, therefore our Weekend Sales Advisors will work every Saturday and Sunday. You’ll be working 12 hours (6 hours each day) with a typical start time between 10am and 12noon, finishing between 4pm and 6pm.This role is perfect for people with weekday commitments, or someone who is currently studying and has the availability to work weekends and earn a great income. This could be the start of an amazing journey with the UK’s Number 1 Kitchen retailer. About You You’ll have a real passion for delivering the very best customer service, creating a relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience for all our customers. You will be a confident and effective communicator with an eye for detail and design. Smart appearance with a can-do attitude is a must. Previous experience in a sales or KPI lead environment would be advantageous but enthusiasm to drive your own performance, personally succeed and exceed targets is essential.
