Purpose of the Role of Technical Field Support Representative – Concrete Waterproofing:Working closely with a supportive and knowledgeable team of Specification Representatives, you will have responsibility for supporting contractors at site level to ensure that the waterproofing membranes and chemicals are applied correctly and to resolve any customer technical queries or issues across north London and the Northern Home Counties. Responsibilities: Ensure concrete waterproofing systems are correctly installedProvide technical support and advice for customers onsiteDeliver customer tool box talksProduce detailed project progress reportsProvide technical support for the sales team For the position of Technical Field Support Representative – Concrete Waterproofing: Technical experience of concrete waterproofing or roof membranes OR are a qualified carpenter / joiner Must have worked on construction sites and hold a current CSCS cardExcellent organisational and planning skillsInitiative and able to work independently Good verbal and written communication skills,Driving licence Benefits of the Technical Field Support Representative – Concrete Waterproofing: £35,000 – £40,000 base salaryFully expensed company vehicle Generous benefits package including up to 9% company pension contribution and private health insurance, £8.00 per day lunch allowance25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
