They offer customers operating in the aviation, agriculture, construction, energy, and transport sectors the complete engineering solution. Due to ongoing demand they wish to recruit a Warehouse Operative with Yard Duties for an immediate start. The purpose of the role will be to work across the site to meet the needs of all other departments.Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to: Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, by hand or with a forklift truck.Taking goods to the appropriate storage space – perhaps using loading and lifting gear for heavy goods.Ensure that goods are checked off in an accurate and timely manner checking for damages and correct quantity and that records are updated accordingly.Move material/items between different stages of the production process ensuring smooth production flow and avoiding disruptions/delays.Load and unload deliveries and re-order stocks at factory warehouses, building suppliers and retail distribution companies. Essential Criteria: Experienced with a variety of tools materials and equipment.Experience of working on own initiative and acting to resolve any issues impacting upon your performance.Strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively.
