Job Duties: Key duties/responsibilities include but may not be limited to:Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, by hand or with a forklift truck.Checking for damaged or missing items and then sorting stock for storage in the warehouse.Taking goods to the appropriate storage space ¿ perhaps using loading and lifting gear for heavy goods.Ensure that goods are checked off in an accurate and timely manner checking for damages and correct quantity and that records are updated accordingly.Move material/items between different stages of the production process ensuring smooth production flow and avoiding disruptions/delays.Ensure all orders are ready for internal and external dispatch with required labelling and paperwork. Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Experienced with a variety of tools materials and equipment.Experience of working on own initiative and acting to resolve any issues impacting upon your performance.Strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively.Desirable Criteria:Forklift Licence desirable but not essential.
