An international company in Thatcham are looking for two Warehouse Operatives to join a long-standing team due to growth. Your role is to unload machinery shipped to the UK, unpack everything and check and fix any errors, grease them and prepare them for a UK and Ireland dispatch. You need to have previous warehouse experience and forklift experience would be an advantage, but they will arrange training as part of the role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clean machines for delivery Un-load containers Un-load deliveries of buckets with use of forklift Load lorries with machines going out from warehouse and un-load lorries with machinesthat have been delivered Check all deliveries that come in using forms from the office (Demo reports,Consignment Returns, Bucket Returns, etc) PDI machines Attach hitches, putting cabs, fitting, assembling, modifying and minor repairing ifrequired General housekeeping duties to maintain the warehouse clean and suitable place forwork to meet H&S requirementThe position is based in Thatcham and due to the location, you need to drive, salary of £21k is offered with a good yearly company bonus depending on company profits.
