Do you have experience of preparing motor vehicles to Press / Motor show standard? Expleo is working with a major automotive OEM, based in Sunderland, who are looking to add skilled Vehicle Technicians to their vehicle preparation team, on a contract basis. The ideal candidate(s) would have previously worked on the preparation of motor vehicles used at international motor shows and press events.Background and experience required:* Good level of automotive technician experience* Ideally educated to C&G / IMI Level 3* Excellent understanding of vehicle dis-assembly, assembly and maintenance techniques* Electronic / Electrical skills* Vehicle system knowledge with the ability to fault find* Good understanding of component measurement techniques* Basic Machining / Welding / Fabrication skillsFlexibility is required, as there may be requirement to travel as part of this role and a full UK driving licence is essential.** PLEASE NOTE ** To meet with current legislation, right to work checks will be carried out to ensure candidates are able to work within the UK.
