JOB DESCRIPTION A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Training & Hiring Manager to be part of the opening of a luxurylifestyle resort in Southern Spain. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: The Training &Hiring Manager attracts talent, organises the casting days, facilitates serviceculture, on boarding and brand immersion. You oversee trainingprogrammes, implement training anddevelopment plans, and facilitate a wide varietyof training programs. You will ensure thateach touch point of the Talent Experience is proactively managed and reflectsthe spirit of the SO/ brand and service culture. The Training and hiring Manager reports to the Director of Talent andCulture YOUREXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: •5 years experience in a comparable role in highend hospitality, ideally in luxury lifestyle •advanced experience with instructional methods, team coaching and skilldevelopment •Human resources bachelor •Passionfor excellence •Innate sense of audacity and creativity •Vibrantpersonality •Entrepreneurialspirit •Tech-savvy •Previous opening experience a plusSpanish and English speaker
