Understanding of construction techniques and civil engineering. Ability to effectively prioritise and work under pressure. Reviewing and logging CCTV Surveys.
The majority of the work is for housing associations within the West and East Midlands and will be mainly office based but will involve site visits when needed.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness within the home, working closely with our other housekeeping and maintenance staff.
