Full Time Permanent Position Basic £23,465 + quarterly performance related bonus - annual OTE £31,000.0047.5 hours average per week, over 5 days.31 days paid annual leave (to include bank holidays and Christmas closure)Role - Mobile LocksmithDuties - Attending appointments and call outs at residential and commercial premises, providing a range of locksmith and security services. You will be required to answer customer telephone enquiries, provide estimates over the telephone and make customer bookings. You will complete the locksmith work required and then finalise any admin upon completion of the works. You will be required to maintain stock inventory on vehicle and keep van clean and tidy. Requirements; The candidate will need to be punctual, have excellent time keeping and time management skills.Excellent customer service and a good telephone manner is a must. Must have a calm demeanour and be able to work in a methodical manner, even when under pressure.Must have full clean UK manual driving licence that allows you to drive a 3.5 tonne commercial vehicle.You must have at least 1 years driving experience, and be aged 25 years + with no more than 2 fault insurance claims in the last 5 years (for insurance purposes).Must be able to pass a basic DBS disclosure check before commencing employment. Must be able to provide 2 satisfactory checkable references before starting employment. Must be able to provide proof of National Insurance status.
