We are a young, fresh recruitment agency within the construction industry, specialising within the Piling sector. Due to planned growth we are now looking to recruit an experience Temp Recruitment Consultant to join our team, ideally from the construction sector.We are looking to speak to people who are or have: * Previous business to business sales experience * Proven track record in Temp Recruitment * Experience of working in the Construction Sector * Experience of the Piling industry (beneficial, not essential) * Working experience on “Access” CRM system (beneficial, not essential) * Hold outstanding communication skills * Are driven to achieve * Are self-motivated and keen to be a high earner * Able to multi task and make business happen * Based within commutable distance to Chorley * Have successfully worked to goals and targets previously * A proactive approach to businessIn return we are offering a good starting salary plus commission and bonuses, along with a thorough training plan for the piling industry sector if required that will provide you with the skills needed to be successful in this role.All our recruitment is on a permanent basis and therefore our recruiters tend to operate at mid to senior level, and for Clients across the UK and into Europe
