DescripciónMain responsibilities:To contribute to Strategy and Continuous Improvement Plans development with Continuous Improvement Manager.To prepare and teach Continuous Improvement training programs (methods, tools, techniques, behaviors…)To make Manuals, Instructions, Standards and other documental materials for Continuous Improvement database.To manage and support Continuous Improvement projects implantation in coordination with other Specialist and ECO Site Manager on different Paper Sites in different countries.Availability to travel, short intermittent stays in other countries.Requisitos mínimosACADEMIC QUALIFICATION/ OTHER TRAINNING:Mandatory: Industrial Engineering / Chemistry or similar Optional: Industrial Organization Specialization/Master. Continuous ImprovementCertification (6Sigma belt…)EXPERIENCE:Mandatory: 5 years in Production and 2 years as Continuous Improvement Technician/Belt.LANGUAGE SKILLS: Mandatory: Being fluent in Spanish/English or in Spanish/French. Optional: Being fluent in Spanish/English and French.Additional skills: Service vocation, Structured Thinking, Non Hierarchical leadership, Dynamism and Trouble resolution focus.
