Technical Support Engineer (Construction Fittings) - Didcot / Wallingford / Abingdon Starting salary: £30-33,000 per annum (depending on experience) + bonus/commssion and company benefits A new vacancy for a Technical Support Engineer (Construction) with UK division of global Manufacturer of high-performance Fittings used for a wide range of applications in the Construction industry. Reporting in to the company's UK offices in South Oxfordshire, the Technical Support Engineer (Construction) will be responsible for providing product support to internal staff, distributors, architects and customers by telephone, e-mail and video link. Once established in the role, the Technical Support Engineer (Construction) will also be involved in delivering product training and technical sales support. The role will be primarily office-based but with the option of homeworking for part of the week. Candidates should ideally be qualified to HNC/HND in a Mechanical or Construction Engineering discipline, with at least 2yrs Construction experience in a role that has included providing technical support & working on site. Although Construction Fittings knowledge would be an advantage, full training will be provided so this is not essential
