Technical Project Manager (ROOFING SYSTEMS) - North London/Hertfordshire A new vacancy for a TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER with leading international provider of specialist services to the Construction industry. Based in the Greater London area, the TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER will be responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting assessments on a wide range of construction products & systems relating to BUILDING ROOFING SYSTEMS.You will also be involved in preparing contract offers and estimates for the assessment of these products/systems. The job holder will be required to research and investigate aspects of construction product/system performance, working as part of a team of specialists and contributing to team and individual targets & objectives. The company would also welcome applications from candidates at SENIOR or PRINCIPAL ENGINEER/MANAGER level for more senior roles with the same business unit. Key candidate requirements:- Good understanding of ROOFING SYSTEMS on buildings. - Knowledge of relevant building regulations & standards. - Experience working with construction products & systems. - Minimum degree (or equivalent) with in-depth understanding of relevant scientific or engineering discipline
