Experience in working with Commercial & Domestic mechanical services (renewables, heating, air conditioning, ventilation & plumbing) including fault-finding.
Optional Overtime (5 Hours a Week paid at 1.5X). 1 in 5 Week Call Out rota (£100 standby + Travel Paid at Overtime. 20 Days Holiday (plus Bank Holidays).
The work is varied and will involve working in a range of buildings including schools, public buildings, leisure centres. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
