Job DescriptionSwedish and Norwegian Speaking Travel Experts (Málaga)Our client is looking for experienced Swedish and Norwegian Travel Experts to deal with inbound enquiries for a multinational company near Malaga,Requirements·       Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the tourism sector.·       Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian and English spoken and written.·       Experience in working with GDS preferably Amadeus.·       Computer literate·       Experience of working within an e-ticketing environment.·       Friendly, self-motivated, positive attitude who enjoys solving problems.ResponsibilitiesBe experienced in dealing with B2B customers assisting with their orders and rebooking’s in a professional and efficient manner on the phone and via emails.PackageSpanish contract- 39 hours-Working hours between the hours of 15.00 and 24.00.Full training is provided on-site.Good salary and career developmentStart date: Early March.If you meet the above requirements and would like to apply, please send a copy of your CV IN ENGLISH.
