ISensus Associates are actively seeking Support workers, to join an exciting new project with our client in Sunderland. With both full  time and part time roles available this project is focused on working  alongside customers who possess a diverse range of complex needs and characteristics to enable them to engage within the community, develop skills and enhance their quality of life. Offering supported living services, by providing care and support in a range of services for customers with Learning Disability,  Autism, Behaviour that Challenges or Mental Health needs. Our client  requires dynamic motivated Support Workers with the ability to work in challenging environments and be motivated to engage with positive behavioural support to enable a positive outcome for customers Working as part of a team, providing and promoting person-centred care and support, enabling individuals to make choices and have control over their daily lives.
