Job Description BS Social Care are working alongside one of the leading care providers to those who are deaf or have additional hearing needs.BS Social Care is a national organisation, specialising in the recruitment of professionals within the Health and Social Care sector. We are currently working alongside a specialist provider of residential care to provide support to a younger adult who we are helping and encouraging reach their goals and aims.In this role you will be a fundamental part of the team in providing the best quality care in a safe and care focused environment for the service user. You will be instrumental in writing up and delivering support plans.
