Must be able to knock out a chimney breast, install lintel, lay hearth and make good with an acceptable level of plastering. Must be able to work at heights.
In addition to this there will be decorative gas fires and associated chimney linings, fire surrounds and marble and granite hearths to install and maintain.
Book and oversee annual maintenance e.g. boiler service, PAT testing, gas safety check, chimney sweep etc. Point of contact for guest queries and emergencies.
This is a great opportunity to progress onto a wider range of skills including chimney, fireplace, and stove installations for which training will be provided.
