Assist contract tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs. Workshop GMP responsibilities to retain a safe and audit ready environment.
Carrying out any repairs and renewals including basic plumbing, electrics, painting and decoration etc to keep the Home in good working order.
Will be working along side other trades I.e tilers and electricians. Salary is based on bathroom completions with performance related bonuses. £500 - £700 a week
