My client, a main contractor specialising in commercial, education and health care projects, currently has a requirement for an experienced Site Manager to manage the external works and facade package on a new build development in Nottingham, value £10m. This is a freelance position for a period of around 12 weeks. The successful candidate will have 5 or more years of main contractor experience managing packages on projects of similar value on site. A background in bricklaying/ brickwork would be advantageous.
