Based in the Preston area, they specialise in partnering with clients such as the NHS & local councils to deliver projects up to £2.5m in value. The business works across Construction and Building Maintenance, in healthcare, education and commercial sectors. Recent projects for the NHS include new fracture clinics, urgent care centres, and ward refurbs, as well as university hubs. Due to an increase in workload they now need an additional Site Manager with experience in NHS contracts to join their successful team, to continue to deliver excellence with the client. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of site, health & safety on site, toolbox talks and site inductions, ordering materials, management of sub-contractors - and above all, delivering the project on time, and within budget. Applicants must hold current SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualifications. With regards Salary, they will offer up to £40k, plus a car / allowance, and 28 days holiday.
