With a key focus on outstanding customer service and attention to detail, my client is continuing to build and develop inspirational living and working environments throughout the UK whilst pushing themselves further to build beautiful, high specification properties. Your new role As Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for:Supervising and overseeing the direction of the projectLiaising with the client, other construction professionals and sometimes members of the publicCoordinating and supervising construction workersMaking safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safetyChecking and preparing site reports, designs and drawingsMaintaining quality control proceduresAssessing and minimising risk What you'll need to succeed In order for you to succeed, the successful applicant will need to possess the following competencies:Relevant experience at a similar levelProfound knowledge and experience in High End ResidentialPrevious project experience on housing sites up to 100 unitsUp to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislationCapable of implementing changeCSCS Card at Site Manager levelSMSTSFirst AidFull UK Driving License What you'll get in return The successful candidate will receive £55,000 - £65,000 dependant on experience and a generous salary which includes 26 days Annual leave, £6,000 Car Allowance, Pension Contribution and Bonus up to 50%.
