You'll work collaboratively with our product manager and engineering team to explore the problem space, shape solutions and support delivery.
Plan and execute systems mapping, customer journeys and service blueprints. Facilitate workshops with different groups of clients and stakeholders.
You will be part of our existing dynamic engineering team and will feel part of the wider Anabas family, working with other service teams on a daily basis.
Work with and consistently influence company leadership and cross-functional teams, especially engineering and sales leadership teams.
