Join product and design leaders in developing the vision for the future of WeTransfer’s namesake—internally known as the Transfer product.
You will be responsible for delivering first class desktop support to our London based clients (some of whom have a global presence).
This role focuses on face-to-face (onsite) client support to resolve technical issues that cannot be fixed remotely. Ensure you are visible on-site.
Being a primary point of contact for QA, engineering and production for updates on the round you’re working on. Some previous level design experience.
